- Important! Refer to Virtual Testing Video Requirements for instructions. Tests must have been recorded within one week of submitting the test.
- There are several required forms that need to be completed and available for upload from this computer/device before you begin filling out your test request below. You can download the forms here.
- Alternatively, you or your coach can separately upload forms and the video (or a link to the video) using the Virtual Test Upload Portal.
- If you do not pay for your test after submitting your registration, you can use the payment link from your confirmation email.

Fees:

Your first test is $35. A second test is an additional $25 if submitted at the same time.

There is an additional $45 fee for non-members (US Figure Skating members of other clubs or international associations). This fee will grant you 2nd club membership in The Desert Figure Skating Club for the current membership year, so if you test again during the current membership year, you will not pay this additional fee again.

There is no additional fee if you are already a second club member.
